Due to the reorganization of the LGTC labs into pre/post PCR, some equipment has been moved to R4-21. It concerns the bioanalyzer (Lab-on-a-chip) incl kits, the Dropsense, the Qubit, the Caliper GX and the Caliper XT. All are operational.

The LGTC has acquired a Qubit 2.0 Fluorometer from LifeTech. It quantifies DNA, RNA, and protein with accuracy, sensitivity, and simplicity. For more information ask the LGTC.

The LGTC has acquired a Dropsense from Trinean (GC Biotech). The Trinean DropSense96 is a multichannel spectrophotometer for quick and precise UV/VIS spectral analysis of microliter droplets of DNA/RNA, protein or small compounds. This spectrophotometer has all the characteristics of a plate reader, but uses specific DropPlates with 1-3 ul samples. For more information ask the LGTC.
