Unfortunately, there is a considerable misuse of the Yahoo-calendars
to make reservations for LGTC equipment. People shift or even remove
reservations of others and/or do not show up at the reserved time.
Consequently we had to remove the Yahoo calendar for the ABI
PRISM7900HT (TaqMan) and exchanged it for a paper one (available next
to the machine in room R-05-002). Reservations need to be clear and
incl. the name of the person, the date the reservation was made and a
signature. Reservations that do not follow this rule will be removed
immediately. Please also note that all reserved time will be billed,
used or not.
We hope these strict measures will solve the
problem; if not, we will shift to a system were reservations have to
be made through LGTC personnel. |
