Next-Gen Sequencing

	Genome Analyzer IIx incl. Paired-End module (2x) Illumina Next-Gen Sequencing for DNA sequencing, transcriptome sequencing, miRNA profiling, ChIP-SEQ, sequence capture.

	Helicos Genetic Analysis System Helicos Genetic Analysis System, including a Heliscope Single Molecule Sequencer (HSMS), a HeliScope analysis engine and two Heliscope sample loaders.

Micro-array technology

	FlexArrayer Design and synthesize custom micro-arrays. On-glass synthesis of oligonucleotides using lasers. The arrays are suitable for a wide range of genetic analyses.

96 capillary sequencer. For Sanger sequencing reaction and any kind of fragment analysis.

Veracode technology

BeadXpress System
Based on the VeraCode technology. Barcoded glass-beads for the multiplex detection of up to 384 SNPs in 96 samples in one run.
Glass-beads can not only be used for genotyping but also for protein analysis, methylation, and gene expression.

Liquid handling / Robotics

	Liquidator 96 96 multi channel manual pipetting system for 96- and 384-well plates.

	Sciclone ALH 3000 Liquid Handling Workstation Automated liquid handling workstation for any automated liquid handling application, from 1 - 200µl in 96 or 384 well format. Includes a spectrophotometer and a PCR machine.
